About us…?

We are a family of locksmiths aware of the need for a 24-hour locksmith service, with a great disposition and a true spirit of service, we have also been concerned about being at the forefront of new technologies and techniques in locksmithing, that is why we have taken the most recent courses and updates and we are always enthusiastic to participate in the courses that ALOA Latino has taught. We currently have the following certifications:

-New generation key programming. Course taught by Omar Nájera.

-Identification, techniques and reading of Eeprom circuits. Taught by Omar Nájera

–  Apertura de cajas fuertes con herramientas especializadas. Impartido por Victor López.

-Picking techniques in automotive locks. Taught by Pat Mcginn.

-Service, problems and solutions of safes. Taught by Gray Woodyear.

-Seminar on Electronic Locksmithing. Taught by Thomas Foxwell.

What does it mean to be a good locksmith?

Being a good emergency locksmith involves several things. For example, the person has to know his city well. At the same time, you must be willing to give up whatever you are doing to go rescue the client. A good locksmith has to take into account the customer's need and put himself in his place. Many times the client is agitated, nervous and perhaps even a little scared, especially if it is a woman who has been stranded, outside her car, house or apartment very late at night. It is true that what I have described has nothing to do with the technical side of the locksmith profession, but it is an integral part of the job.

The bitter reality is that many locksmiths have forgotten the fact that they are offering customer service and it should feel good at all times starting from the moment you make the first call to contact the locksmith. I believe that a good locksmith should be a person who likes people and who feels joy in being able to help others, not simply because it is his job but because he genuinely enjoys it. Have you ever been treated by a grumpy person? Someone who seems to be upset about something or something we have no idea about? How did you feel? Doesn't it make you want to run away and never come back?

As a professional locksmith I have always been interested in the part that has to do with customer service. The fact that I have lived and worked in other countries has allowed me to have a slightly broader perspective than if I had never left Mexico. It may seem incredible, but serving the customer well is a number one priority in the most successful companies in the world. However, not only for that reason we must treat the client well but rather because he is a human being with inalienable rights that we must take into account all the time.

If you want to hire my services as a locksmith, rest assured that I will always treat you with respect and dignity, not only because you deserve it but because I genuinely enjoy doing it.

Fidel Barajas, your trusted locksmith.
